Ecotrims Bangladesh Ltd. is a 100% export-oriented “specialized” interlinings manufacturing project equipped with the most modern and latest version of machinery, which started its journey in October 2020. It consists of the most experienced and professionally motivated individuals who have strong and long-term professional and leadership backgrounds in their respective fields, including sourcing (raw materials), production, quality control, technical expertise, troubleshooting, supply chain management, marketing capability and above all service provision. Thus, the entire team is a unique combination of efficient and professional individuals that has made it the strongest one in the land. The beautiful structure of our factory building and its spectacular and amazing surrounding views have drawn the attention of all sorts of visitors who expressed their utter satisfaction and happiness during their visits to our factory, located in the Greenish Zone at Sreepur in Gazipur, some 65 km north of Dhaka City. Achieving all necessary certifications, including Oeko-Tex, REACH, RCS, amfori BSCI, OCS and Higg, reflects the strong professional capabilities of our team. Our factory is completely compliant because it has already fulfilled all the parameters related to compliance issues. Even our factory bears all the characteristics that fulfill the requirements to be declared as a Green One and to have a LEED certificate. Our team is rightly working on it. WHY ARE WE HERE?
In recent years, we observed with deep concern that the RMG sector in Bangladesh was facing serious challenges regarding the quality standards of accessories and the lead time of garment orders placed by buyers. To address the short lead time, we identified a gap in locally developed ‘Quality Interlinings Manufacturing Units.’
Quality, consistent with world-class standards, can be assured if a group of professional, efficient and experienced individuals steps forward to establish a manufacturing unit locally. This is why we have come forward to set up this specialized interlinings manufacturing project with the intention of making it a truly green and compliant factory. Moreover, we recognized that accessories factories operating inside EPZ have limitations in providing the much-needed 24/7 uninterrupted services.
